Vice City Cannot Find 640x480 Video Mode Windows 10
i have both GTA:III and GTA: Vice City, i never had a problem with them before, well GTA:III but then i started using NvIdia Refresh Rate Fix so i can get Pass the 60Hz default lock windows XP has.
i re-installed my game GTA:III because i wanted to try the new online beta hat came out, and i get this error 'Cannot find 640x480 video mode'.
figured it was my drivers so i reintsalled the card drivers ran the game and it worked fine, then i do the refresh rate fix again, try to play theg ame error comes back. i bought Vice City to see if Rockstar has 'fixed' this and my luck was bad the game has the same error..
is there a patch fix or anything to make it play on a higher refresh rate? i need to have my refresh rate fix for games like Counter Strike and ect.. has anyone else come accross this error?

I saw people who show it can be solved by setting a Compatibility Mode of an old Windows version (I have Windows 10) and checking the 'run in 640x480 resolution' option.
